Standard and Poor’s has an index titled the S&P 500 Dividend Aristocrats, and it consists of the members of the S&P 500 Index which have consistently increased their dividend for the past 25 years. The index is weighted equally and rebalanced every December (or if a member company is removed from the S&P 500 during the calendar year).
In its recent newsletter The Outlook S&P recently provided a list of the 23 Aristocrats they like the most. This is a portfolio of their favorites.

I love these stocks. After reading Jeremy Siegel's latest book, I started looking strongly for high-dividend paying stocks. I think Wrigley could be a deal right now. I'll have to take a look.
