Any thoughts on the Giant merger delay?

Chris, The spread on HET looks good, but the deal probably won't close for about a year, hence lower AR. Upside could be a higher buyout offer.

James,

Give me your thoughts on HET.. bought by private equity at 90/shr, yet currently trading for 84.84 plus a dividend.. I believe this spread is the highest on your list if I am not mistaken
