Traxis Partners is managed by veteran strategist and recent author Barton Biggs. Biggs was global strategist at Morgan Stanley for 30 years, and left the firm in 2003 to start Greenwich, CT based Traxis Partners with over $1.5 Billion in assets. Traxis employs a global macro strategy, trading stocks, bonds and commodities throughout the world.
The same year that Biggs launched his fund he published the top selling book “Hedge Hogging,” recounting his experiences and ups and down after over 30 years on Wall Street.
